"Hey." Spyke said and looked over at the teen who had just come out of the trash can. "The fuzz showed up." He said flatly and jabbed a thumb toward the school. "Unless you wanna get caught with the blame, I siggested going up." He said and pointed toward the latter. He saw light's coming out of the back door Berzerker had kicked open.
"You might wanna hurry if your goin'" He said and watched the lights. Waiting for the other kid to go. He had no idea who this guy was, But he wasn't about to let him get caught with the blame for something Berzerker and him did.

"Berty?" Ray quipped with amusement; "WHat happenedd, the Prof. Finally kick you out?" he laughed good-naturedly then; "Just kidding man. So, how's cable-reception in there?"

"Oh...well I guess we better get going then," Roberto said, starting to climb up the spike ladder. It would have been a lot easier if he could've used his powers, but it was night so he was out of luck.
"Why you bringing the fuzz with ya anyways?" Roberto grumbled as he climbed, "It's always gotta be somethin'..."

"No...I just...I...never mind...you really don't wanna know," Roberto answered Ray. What he didn't want to tell them was that he had lost a bet with some of his friends at school and he was forced into living like Oscar the Grouch for a night. It was all too humiliating and he really didn't want to talk about it.

Spyke watched the kid climb the spike latter, then shook his head.
"If I told you... I'd have to kill you." He said and grinned at Roberto, then he began going up the spike's himself, Ripping them out and holding them as he went. He didn't want any evidence left behind, plus if there were spikes in the wall, The cops would know he did it. Though they probably would anyway, Considering the spike damage in the school already.

"What now?" Roberto asked. It looked to him like getting on the roof was the last part of their plan, and he wasn't too intent on getting arrested.

"I'm comin'." Spyke said as he came over the ledge of the building and ripped the last spike out. He dumped them down on the roof and glanced around. "No idea." He admitted and laughed, glancing down as the cops started to search the back of the school. He turned around and looked around the roof, There wasn't much up here. A small metal chimney, A window, and a door back down a level.
"Wanna hang here until they book it?" He questioned and continued to gaze around the roof top.

"I guess," Roberto said, sitting down on the roof. He wasn't going to complain, after all, sleeping on a roof was better than sleeping in a trashcan.

Spyke leaned on the ledge, But soon sat down as well as the cops came closer to the alley way. He popped a spike out of his hand, and began to carve into the side of the ledge. "Anyone gotta deck of cards?" He questioned with a laugh and looked over at the three others on the roof, They were going to need something to pass the time.

Ray sighed and rubbed his eyes, watching the cops at the school with his arms crossed. Then he looked at Spyke; "Hey, I may be the Berzerker," he said; "But when people get a girlfriend and challenge one of the biggest mutants on earth, y' get a little gun shy here and there. So, Berty.... why were you in the trashcan?" Ray loved putting Roberto on the spot. It was just too easy.

"Uh, long story," Roberto answered, laying back on the roof with his hands crossed behind his head, so he could look up at the stars. He wondered what time it was, and how long they would be stuck here. He was pretty sure he had school tomorrow, and he was not one to skip out.

"That is a very good question Berzerker." Spyke said and looked over at Roberto. "Why were you in there? And not at the mansion?" He questioned and gave him an interested expression. "It'll probably be awhile until the cops leave, So we've got all the time in the world." The teen dropped his spike into the other pile of spikes and waited for Roberto's answer.

Roberto covered his face with his hands. It lookde like there was no way out of this one. He sighed and sat up before removing his hands from his face.
"I lost a bet with this guy that one of our teacher's wore underwear when she didn't, and I had to live like Oscar the Grouch for a day..." Roberto said, his voice trailing off with the last sentence. He was never going to live this down.

"Oscar the grouch?" Spyke said and burst out laughing, But soon lowering it to a chuckle, Not wanting to get them caught. "Sweet." He said, between laughs. "And you didn't bail out on your hald appearently." He said and laughed again.
