"I'ma gonna sit here an' be negative." Tabby grumbled, finishing off her drink and ordering another one. Normally she'd be out on the dance floor, but she wasn't really up for that right now.
"Faithful?" She asked, quirking an eyebrow. "Mmm, I s'pose so." Tabby slurred after taking a few sips of her fourth drink; which she was definitely starting to feel now. "You gonna dance?" She asked, staring at her drink.

Ray watched her, then sat back down; "Nope, guess not," he said, getting another drink; "So... let's be negative," he said, turning around so he could lean against the bar with his elbows.
He took a sip; "So, what's bin goin' on?" he asked her seriously, looking at her.

"Other than leavin' Xavier's? Not a whole lot." Tabby said casually, finishing off her drink and ordering another one.
"Wha's been goin' wit' you?" She asked, closing her eyes for a second before opening them again in order to see him more clearly.

"Bein'g 'good'," Ray said, "Man, I never thought I'd be willing to be tethered down like I am..." he finished his drink then, and jumped up, the action causing his vision to jump about a bit. Then when he got his bearings, he smirked.
"Come on, Tabs!" he said, spinning her around a little; "Let's dance. Come on, come on..." he urged, holding out his hands.

"Alrigh', I'ma comin'." Tabby smirked, then quickly finished off her drink. She stood up, a little unsteady at first. "Dude, the room's startin' to spin." She laughed, but quickly got a hold on herself.
"Come on." Tabby grabbed Ray's arm and dragged him off toward the dance floor.

Ray laughed as she took his arm and dragged him off, saying; "Success!" as she did.
When they hit the dance floor they seemed obsorbed in the bodies already there. Tipsy, confused about life and currently relieved to have one of his best friends back in his life, Ray just let go and let Tabby do most of the dancing, seeing as how most girls ended up doing that too.

The dance floor was crowded with a bunch of drunkards, but that didn't bother her any; she was a little too tipsy to care. Besides, it had been a while since she'd just let go like this. "Come on Ray, loosen up!" She laughed before she was shoved into him by some idiot.
"Hey watch it." Tabby called over her shoulder. She had no idea who was behind it, otherwise she may have hit them; which could have possibly turned out badly. So instead, she decided to randomly toss a bomb behind her into the crowd.
Because that idea was so much better, apparently.

Ray laughed as Tabby tried to get him to loosen up. He didn't think he could get any looser, what with the alcohol and his reckless abandon. But when someone shoved her, Ray caught her and his eyes lit up with a sudden spurt of anger.
"Hey, watch it!" he said loudly, his own statement drowning hers out. After he glared off for a while, Ray's eyes dimmed and he set Tabby on her feet.
"So, you were saying I should loosen up?" he asked with a laugh.

Tabby laughed as well, then glanced over her shoulder again. "Yeah, 'bout that. Maybe we should go loosen up at the bar..." She trailed off, but grabbed his hand and quickly dragged him away from the dance floor, stumbling once or twice.
As soon as they reached the bar the bomb went off and there was a slight uproar. "Oops." Tabby said before cracking up and signaling for the bartender to bring her another drink.

"Ouch Tabs, that hurt deep deep deep deep down," Ray said, allowing her to take him to the bar. But when the bomb went off Ray jumped, caught offguard and his eyes lighting up again as a result.
"You know, you've gotta work on that," he grumbled, trying to calm down again. He watched her then; "Hey Tabs, ease up," he said, calling off the order by running a finger across his neck to the barkeep.

"What hurt?" Tabby asked, confused, as she waited impatiently for her drink. "I don't know what you're talkin' 'bout Ray. I don't need to work on nothin'." She said, glancing at the dance floor where it looked like a fight might possibly break out at any moment.
"I'm fine." Tabby waved him off before turning back to the bartender, who was now ignoring her.

"Tabby..." Ray said slowly, nudging her with a smirk; "Come on, come on," he said, ushering her up again.

"Come on where?" Tabby asked as she stood, stumbling. "Da** it." She muttered. "Where're we goin'?" She asked him again once she'd regained her balance.

Ray laughed; "I'm hungry," he said as he wrapped an arm around her to steady her as they made their way out; "And I'm not about to leave you here on your own so you can get like, kidnapped or raped or something. Hell. no." he finished as they walked outside.

The alcohol was definitely starting to kick in now. Not that she was drunk exactly; she was just tipsy-ish. She pouted as she allowed him to steer her out of the club. "You're no fun." Tabby told him as they walked. "And I wouldn' a got kidnapped or anythin'. Stop bein' so paranoid."
